How do I book a service and what does the booking process look like?
Click on any of the "Get Started" buttons and fill out the form. Once you have submitted the form, we will get back to you within 24 hours or less to schedule a free virtual meet and greet.
During this meet and greet, you will get to know the sitters, discuss the details of the service you need for your pet, your pets needs/routine, pricing and overall confirm it's a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, we will book your service and collect payment. We do NOT provide service until the meet & greet has taken place.
I'm hesitant to disrupt my pet's routine or introduce new caregivers. How can I ensure a smooth transition?
Change can be daunting, but we are dedicated to ensuring a stress-free transition for you and your pet. We take the time to understand your pet's routine and preferences, striving to maintain continuity and comfort throughout our care services.
Do you board pets?
No. We believe in in-home care, which is why we have chosen not to have a boarding facility. Many veterinarians and pet experts believe that keeping pets in their familiar surroundings helps to alleviate the stress imposed when their owners have to leave home. With housesitting, pets can remain in the comfort of their homes, maintain their diet and exercise routine and enjoy the personal attention provided by a pet sitter. This also eliminates the trauma of being transported and minimizes their exposure to illnesses of other animals.
What type of clients do you work with?
We work with pet owners in San Diego who are searching for top-quality premium pet care and true peace of mind while they travel or when they have to leave their pets for long hours due to work or other obligations.
How can I pay? Do you accept cash?
During the meet & greet, you will be asked to pay via Zelle, Venmo, cash or check.
What is your cancelation policy?
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the service, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund. But will be eligible to reschedule your service.
I'm worried about leaving my home unattended during pet sitting visits. How can I ensure the security of my property?

You can trust that your home will be in safe hands while you're away and if anything happens, you will be informed immediately and together, we will come up with a solution.
